Our Coach Training Program

Our Coach training program or "Coach the Coach" training is a highly in depth training program that goes deep into every aspect of becoming a life coach and helping people become all that they can be. After acceptance into our Coach training program and payment of acceptance dues, you will personally be assigned as an intern to a coaching mentor within our organization. During this time, you will be personally trained one on one as well as receive "on the job" training so to speak by accompanying your mentor on actual live coaching sessions. This entire process can take anywhere between 8-12 weeks, as it really depends on your abilities and willingness to learn and become the best coach that you can be.

Life as a Think to Create Coach

After successfully completing our Coach training program, you will then be free to start your journey as a life coach. You will basically be running your own franchise of the Think to Create organization much in the same way as if you opened a franchise of a restaurant. You are in business for yourself, however not by yourself. Your mentor and the entire management of the Think to Create organization will be behind you every step of the way to help guide you, provide the training tools as well as compensation for all that you do.

Compensation plan to our Coaches

As a life coach with the Think to Create organization, besides the great feeling you get by helping others reach their dreams in life, we also monetarily reward you for your overall service and performance as a coach. We feel that the more people you can reach out to and help the more you should be compensated for your efforts. We appreciate every single one of our Life coaches and make sure that they are rewarded properly for a job well done.
